Job Opportunity : Property Consultant
About the job

We are looking out for sales driven Property Consultants with relevant experience in the UAE real estate market (Developers / Brokerage).

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Developing and sustaining good working relationships with developers and customers / clients
  • Finding and attracting customers / clients from market
  • Cold-calling and following up on leads to ensure monthly sales targets are met and achieved
  • Being fully aware / updated of market standards and real estate laws, guidelines etc. at all times
  • Consistent and timely follow up with all stakeholders at all times
  • Being able to work on monthly and quarterly targets set as per company standards.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry within the UAE
  • Must be RERA certified
  • Immediate joiners with UAE driving license will be preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Being able to listen effectively and ask relevant questions to help generate sales / revenue
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent networking / presentation skills
  • Proven sales track record in the real estate industry

Office location: Business Bay, Dubai.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Company visa, health insurance along with a fixed salary per month plus attractive commissions (based on performance and targets achieved).
